Free Consultation

  therapy consultation by phone

People often worry about calling a therapist- you may not be sure what to expect from therapy, what the rules are for a counselling relationship, or if seeing a therapist is actually the right step at this time.

A 20- minute Free Consultation by phone, can help you decide if therapy is the right solution, and to discuss how counseling might be useful for your situation.

We'll decide during our phone call if we feel comfortable with each other.

I will ask you to tell me:

  • what is your main concerns
  • what you hope to get from therapy
  • what is working well for you
  • and what you'd like to be different. .

And I'll be ready to answer your questions:

  • fees
  • number of counselling sessions you might expect
  • my approach
  • my experience as a therapist.

If the fee seems like it might be a problem, please call anyway.
There may be options available.
